At Limes Dental Practice we always prioritise patient care and welfare. If you’re disappointed by the level of service you have received at our practice, please do let us know. We will do everything we can to make it right.
We shall acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to have looked into the complaint within 10 working days of the date when it was raised. We shall then be in a position to offer an explanation or a meeting as appropriate. If there are any delays in the process we will ensure to keep the complainant informed.
